By using momomochi (the "app") or this website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Using the app

momomochi is a personal anime tracking tool. You may use it to log your own viewing history. You agree not to:

• Use the app to harass, abuse, or harm anyone.
• Attempt to access another user's data or the backend beyond your own account.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the catalogue or sync services beyond normal use.
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.

Your data

Your library, progress, and ratings are yours. You can export or delete them at any time (see the Privacy Policy). You're responsible for the accuracy of what you log.

Catalogue data

Anime titles, artwork, and synopses are provided by AniList and are used under their terms. We don't claim ownership of catalogue content.

Availability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available." We work to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features at any time.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, momomochi is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Termination

You can stop using the app at any time and delete your account from Profile → Delete Account. We may suspend access if you violate these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
